Classes

 

The local Conradh na Gaeilge Irish classes will resume this Thursday 13th January in the Gaelscoil, Ballycolaman Est. Strabane between 7 – 9pm.

 

6 classes at various levels are catered for amongst them are classes for Secondary school students studying Irish, a parents’ class for those with children at Naíscoil or Gaelscoil and four other levels from complete beginners up to Ardrang level.

 

All adult classes use the European Certificate for Irish/Teastas Eorpach Gaeilge as their main course and encourage learners at all levels to sit the exams and achieve the appropriate level of qualification achievable to them, if they so wish.

 

As well as the classes we have a timetable of events for the year ahead and in particular for Seachtain na Gaeilge. Namely; various One-day Intense Irish Courses, A Massive Céilí Challenge, A Poetry Night, Traditional Music Sessions, Social Events and Trips to the Gaeltacht.
